Vehicle Woes

I took this picture this morning on another of the quiet back roads that I sometimes use to get to work. Just as I pulled onto the steep uphill road that takes me to the office, my gear cable snapped :(

Roslyn drove out to collect me at 5 o'clock because riding home with one gear isn't much fun. On the way home I noticed a whistling sound from the car on upshifts, potentially a problem with the turbo or the exhaust :(

Och well, I fixed the bike tonight and the car will hopefully go into the garage tomorrow for problem diagnosis.
