Another dinner shot...

Wow, soooooo lacking in inspiration today. Back into the whole work feeling already, feels like I've never been off!

So - again with the dinner... Leftovers only this time though. Assemble-your-own spicy sweet potato wraps tonight for a wee difference. I remember the days when husband thought a meal wasn't a meal unless it had meat in it. Times have changed though, and sweet potato is a big favourite with the 'grown-ups' in our house - be it in soup, mash or roasted wedges. Yum. Pretty filling though, could only manage two massive wraps each, rather than the usual gutsy three... :-)
