Traffic Cone

When I saw this today near the Uni, the sensible grown-up part of me tutted, especially as I never understood the whole fascination with traffic cones.

The part of me that is still an 18 year old undergrad however, was impressed - that's quite a height and must have involved either precarious balancing on the gatepost, or a seriously good aim!
