Weather alert

We had some extreme weather today, due to the hot weather we had for the last couple of days. A weather alert was issued because of heavy wind, rain and thunderstorms. In Brussels this lead to flooding of tunnels, basements etc.

I tried to capture the severity of the weather, but did not quite get it.
