Library Parterre Garden, Pollok House, Glasgow

Later this afternoon the sun came out and we enjoyed an hour in Pollok Park gardens. The begonia display is quite stunning at the moment. Not many visitors around, so all the more enjoyable.

This part of the garden holds many memories of our boys running around the tiny gravel pathways when they were small.

I have taken the shot from the terrace, looking over to the 1901 blonde sandstone gazebo and the front lawn of the main house.
