April had a long sleep after her tuna dinner. I was just lucky to catch her like this. As usual, Sunny is facing away from the camera. It seems true that cats don't like to have a camera pointed at them. What must the camera mean in cat behavioral language? We are putting something in front of our face ......, and then calling their name. What signal does this give them?

The weather has been beautiful. It's the middle of summer and I don't want time to speed by. I find that having a vegetable garden helps to keep me in touch with the passing days. The slow growth of the vines, stems and veggies keeps me focussed on the moment. Garden mindfulness.
