evidence...

...of the beavers that were released into the wild here in scotland last autumn. was amazed that these trees were right beside the path on the way to the loch. then found that the beaver activity had caused flooding & you cannot walk right round the loch any more.

then i heard a sound that could only be gnawing. through binoculars i could see fur in the undergrowth. after waiting about 10 minutes, to my amazement & delight, a beaver emerged from the shrubbery & swam lazily away towards its dam - so exciting!!!
