Dalmarnock

Dave and I fished the Tay again, at Dalmarnock, after a few too many whiskies at our place on the shore of Loch Tummel. We had always looked longingly at this bit of water as we drove north on the A9. Fantastic beat, but there were no fish around.

As I was fishing below the bridge, a girl and boy appeared on the far bank and it turned out to be Laura that I used to work with. She was hungover as well and didn't recognise me with my fishing tackle out until I shouted out who I was. I always quite fancied hooking Laura. Oh well.
