Uprising, Part II

We had a bit of a mini-uprising here in the apartment building over the last month. The front door, which is supposed to be locked at all times for security purposes, has been broken for several weeks and the owner has been reported to the city's housing commission.

After being promised a new door by the 7th, it still hasn't arrived.
