Teddy's Soft II

Bad bars should always be turned into good bars, but seldom are. Good bars should never be turned into bad bars, but this often happens. The world seldom does what the Jarvis wants it to. However, Teddy's Soft Bar, established 1958 (previously seen here) continues to chalk one up for Jarvisness by remaining as good as it was when it first opened.
