Better Than Kittens

The tiger cubs that were born at the Tacoma Point Defiance Zoo back at the end of May, made their public debut today. Zoo officials weren't sure how long they would be out and visible for the public; the mama's demeanor would dictate that. So hubby and I hopped in the car and headed over the bridge with hopes to see them. Luckily they adjusted well and were out up until the zoo closed. They are so adorable! I've been wanting to go to the zoo, but we were waiting to see the tiger cubs. Needless to say - Happy Day :D

This wasn't my best shot of the day, but it has both cubs and mama, so I like it the most.

While we were there, we also visited the gardens below the zoo. It was a beautiful, warm day - perfect day for a wedding. Or two, to be precise. One at the Japanese garden, one in the rose garden.

Such a great way to end another week.
