Remember³

A trip to The Tail End for the best chippy money can buy was preceded by The Karate Kid* (which is just as good second time around), and followed by popping along to the Playhouse to see 'Fame'. The leaflets said the show was the result of a three week workshop for young local stage performers. Very enjoyable, and if the three week thing is true, extremely impressive.

*We saw it at Cineworld, which I favour for the comfy seats, huge screens and thumping sound. I'm not sure if it's a new thing, but every twenty minutes or so, someone official-looking with a clipboard would walk up and down the auditorium steps seemingly keeping a look out for naughty behaviour. Aside from the fat schemie family with their 24-pack of Skips though, everyone was very well behaved.
