Agony

After all the lifting I had done this week, I woke up this morning in agony with a pulled muscle under my shoulder.
It was really painful and made breathing a bit difficult. Went and got some anti-inflammatory tablets from the pharmacy and it had eased off by lunchtime. It was awkward trying to focus the camera though so this Begonia in one of my hanging baskets was all I could manage.
Off to work in a bit,got a very big wedding reception to do tonight.....
