Getaway

This weekend the Mrs and I headed into Boston for an overnight getaway. We stayed at our favorite hotel, the Taj. It is not the cheapest, but the location and elegance are unbeatable for the price. It was our second time staying there and it has never disappointed.

We had a wonderful and relaxing day there and felt so lucky to have a brief break from the hecticness of home.

In this image, I tried to capture the beauty and serenity of the room. We were upgraded to a room overlooking Boston's Public Garden and this image shows our room. I had to use an HDR because the brightness between the room and the outdoors varied so widely.
