Umag, Croatia

Today Ildi and I set off from Budapest and drive through Hungary, into Slovenia, and entered the Istrian area of Croatia.

We stayed just outside the coastal town of Umag, where we enjoyed a wonderful soothing bathe in 27 degrees of Adriatic waters. It had been a long, six hour drive from Budapest, but this was the start of our holiday, and all was good...
