Posing shield bug

I admit that I picked it up with the leaf, but he placed himself into this nice pose for me.

Today was a very satisfying day of gardening. All the climbing plants were getting out of control so lots of cutting back. Then I realised that the grass was trying to claim more territory over the path. All is now in its place. At least, I hope so - it was dark when I trimmed my last bit of hedge, it was too dark to look over my work. Hopefully, I didn't get too carried away.
