the midnight snack results

this is one of the homemade pretzels i served on a paper plate. basted with melted butter and added some flake sea salt. delicious when it's straight out from the oven. the pretzels browned perfectly. the result was a lovely soft pretzel. worth the 2 1/2 hour prep time. snacks at 12:30am sometimes are the best snacks.
