Selling Point?

Even though my flat has now been fully redecorated, new bathroom'd and newly floored, this is still my favourite thing about it... Fantastic views of Arthur Seat, Edinburgh Castle and Calton Hill (no panoramic shots from me I'm afraid!)

I have 2 viewers tonight and 2 on Saturday for renting it out.
