Punch and Judy

Oh I do like to be beside the seaside.

We rounded off our trip to Weymouth by mingling with the crowds on the seafront.

And I'm pleased to report that Punch and Judy, sticks of rock, candy floss, deck chairs, and buckets and spades are all still a big part of the great British holiday.

As seaside towns go, I think Weymouth must be right up there with the best of them. It's lovely walking along the seafront, then inspecting the fishing boats after they have returned with their catches.

It was a day full of colour, lit up by lots of smiles.
