Room with no view

I have been looking around the house for something that catches my eye and noticed the morning sunlight falling through the bedroom curtains, creating a shadow on the wall. I like to abstract the view of ordinary things, to take away their obvious meaning, reduce the image to its shapes and colours so that one can make new associations.
