I'm not sure whether Nicky spotted these in a shop or attached to the appendages of one of the babies of the people in one of these group meeting things she attends but she ordered a set and picked them up last week. Despite Edgar's recent apparent interest in his feet (at least when he's sitting in the carseat when they're forced into the field of vision the position of his head forces him to look at) and increasing accuracy in directing his hands into his mouth rather than his eye sockets and snout the first time these rattling sock/glove things were attached to him he sat quite still for a bit then started bleating. Today he sat and peered at them for a bit then started twisting and shaking his feet in the intended manner. The tiny little tinkling sound the devices make isn't what I thought it would be but this can always be modified by the addition of additional bells or perhaps installing one of those egg-shaker percussion things into each thing, though possibly not the hands as he'd just end up embedding one in his face whilst trying to enthusiastically shake it.
