Velvety...

Made red velvet cupcakes this evening. I swear I only made one batch full and ended up with 28 cupcakes!! I literally had to eat two just to bring the numbers down to have Tupperware for them all!! They're far more sickly than any of the others I've made though - probably due to the cream cheese frosting on the top.

Next challenge is one of the layer cakes from the Hummingbird Bakery book. Not one recipe has gone wrong yet so I've got a lot of faith... ;)
