Grrr

Why Grrr.?
Well we think the maintenance department "repaired" the wrong valve...
This is a regulating valve to spray water into the high pressure steampipe between superheater 1 and 2 at unit EC 7.
This is to regulate the steamtemperature so the steam has the right conditions to enter the steamturbine.
So the subcontractor who works for our maintenance department read the coding wrong we guess: instead of LAE30AA020 (regulating valve) he did the LAE30AA010 (blockvalve).
That one looks very well now....
To make everybody more confused: at the airmotor (the green toadstool) stands the code that belongs to a valve just around the corner...

So we have to plan a stop to repair this thing.
Acoording to the brown color you can see that this happened before.
We implemented some changes to the material in the stuffing box and we did not have trouble for quite some time now.
Hope this is just an incident.

Better in LARGE.
