Spirit of Nova Scotia

Celtic musicians from Nova Scotia came to our town (Aurora, Ontario) as part of a free concert-in-the-park series. Tenor and guitarist Tom Leadbeater sang and played, the Charron brothers, Kyle and Jake played fiddle and keyboard, respectively. The name of the older gentleman on the guitar at right is Bill Bridges. He also played a Spanish guitar. All were wonderful in a great, foot-stomping, hand-clapping, sing-a-long Maritime ceilidh (pr. KAY-LEE). I took about 60 shots with my little pocket camera. I had to zoom a bit so it is a bit grainy but I like the warm early-evening glow, the action on stage, the positioning of the players, and the overall composition. Not a big fan of banners taking over the shot but they're paying for the concert so...enjoy!...the 300 or so in the park did!
