Life begins.

This is, all going well, my new niece or nephew.

My sister-in-law has been having a really terrible pregnancy but the 15 week scan today at least indicated the baby, if not her, was doing ok. I'm trying not to get too excited about it as she hasn't had the best of luck in the past and there's still a long way to go. But the news is good so far and at least the baby, if not me, is relaxed about everything (he/she had it's hands behind it's head!).
