Olives

Shuk hacarmel (Carmel market) is very busy on Fridays, time to get ready for Shabbat.

The kids are still on summer holidays and many of them go to work with their parents to help and for pocket money.

This little chap was being taught by his mum to "say please" after asking what I wanted. The mum is not so polite herself but it gives me hope!

They have many kinds of olives and olive oil, but i always end up buying the plain and simple type..
