Grilled artichokes...

I made the stupid decision of grilling out yesterday given that the 'real feal' outside was 116F! However, I had already invited over guests so I was stuck with it. Luckily dinner turned out great... we had buffalo burgers topped with sauteed spinach, pepper jack cheese and BBQ sauce, grilled corn, a tomato and fresh mozzarella salad and grilled artichokes cooked according to this recipie I found. This photo was taken just before they went on the grill... yum.
