Went down to support a few friends who where running the Liverpool 10k today... more of my friends where doing it than I initially anticiapated.

This was taken at the finish line whilst waiting for them to come through... thing number 460 looks like he is either about to pass out or vomit, think the photo was taken at about the 40-50mins finisher group.
