Fire Fire!

Today has mostly been about cuddling ducks and visiting fire stations. We went and did our farm duties, and then met up with my mum to make a visit to the local Fire station's open day. Given that our nearest town is one of the smallest in Britain (or so it is said) our fire station is also pint size. But the fun was enormous, Master Pink sat in two types of fire engine, watched another load it's equipment, and saw inside a police car. ( He was a little cautious of the police car, and refused to get in it, and even more anxios about the hand cuffs being used to "arrest" the "naughty" children!) He loved the different coloured lights used to signal different things in and outside of the station, and loved looking at the firemen's uniform. So this is why I chose this shot of the uniform ready to go.
