I've always wondered what it must be like sitting up there in a wee cabin high above the rest us.
Apparently crane operators need;
good driving skills
high levels of alertness and concentration
a good head for heights
excellent co-ordination and spatial awareness
to be safety conscious
excellent communication skills
to be strong and fit for climbing up and down from crane cabs
to be able to work independently and in a team
a practical aptitude for machinery
good eyesight and hearing.
But what if they have a weak bladder?
