Cottongrasss in Longyearbyen

A miserable day. We were shipped to shore at 0830 and left to hover until 1330 when the bus would take us to the airport. The shops weren't even open, so we went to the Radisson for comfy chairs and coffee.
We had a stop over in Tromso which was a compete mystery - got off the plane and went through customs, and then came back through customs and on the plane. Even the Norwegians seemed baffled by it.

The rest of he trip was unremarkable and Wallander got his man.
