Canal Fun Day

Summerlee were today (in association with British Waterways) marking the 200th anniversary of the Monklands Canal with some watery action on the canal.

The events were mainly for children and included WaterWalkerz - huge transparent balls; and Katakanu catamarans (in the picture).

The weather was excellent so a good time was had by all.
