Must get my arse in gear and pick those windfalls

The wasps love me. I've been a bit distracted. It's been a busy week, what with gallivanting, important TV to watch, tweets to tweet, celebrating Don's 85th birthday on Wednesday and today (don't ask me to explain but he's had a lovely time), and entertaining my friend Sue, who popped around yesterday. Meanwhile, besides the apples (Beauty of Bath, I think, and they're not keepers), there are weeds to be weeded and seeds to be sown. Yes, I admit, I'm a tardy gardener.
