Unfit in a month - need a good stretching

It has now been a month since I last trained. 9 sessions. Nae green belt likely before Chrimbo now.

Week 1: Work-related. Finishing a project and building up to the new system going
live.

Week 2: Went live. Hair fell out (not really but I was ill with flu-like symptoms - I'm a man so prob just the common cold).

Week 3: Much needed holibag up North.

Week 4: The house fell to bits.

Week 5: Hungover Monday. Feeling crook Wednesday. (See flu-like symptoms above).


I'm now worried that after going, twice a week, religiously, for over a year, I'm looking for excuses not to go.

Am I, or are these good reasons?
