Spine tomatoes

We went to my mums for tea tonight and she wasn't expecting us. But true to form the freezer was raked in and the BBQ was fired up and we ended up all full up and happy. Kids have been waiting for Grands Bobs tomatoes to ripen in his greenhouse and we have the regular pilgrimage to check. So here is an example of what I thought looked like tomatoes on the spine, not the vine.
