damage

after monday's idea of recording a year in the life of a bicycle commuter, tuesday saw moja gosienku getting knocked off at a roundabout

i went past first and then heard the guy begin to accelerate away. i turned as i heard the skidding...

fortunately she managed to take evasive action but still ended up on the road. this was the limit of the damage (that and some scratched up bar tape)

she rode the bus today. i still rode but my confidence is shot (again). it feels like every car behind is about to clear me up. and every side road could unleash the next attempted murder

roll on springtime and light mornings!



on a brighter note, i was rewarded for last week's efforts :-)
