This is not from a dead bird.

As much as I enjoy shooting dead birds, this is a faux peacock feather.

I did enjoy the fresh air in my lungs yesterday. So I decided to go outside again today: The afternoon sun was beautiful and there were plenty of white fluffy clouds to make the sky look interesting.

Three steps out of the front door, the battery died right after I read the light meter.

Lesson learnt today: I really need a replacement battery.
