peeping through...

....from one world to another.

....from the private to the public.

....from the peace to the mayhem.

....from a new house to a new street.


The lead up to a new academic year is always exciting, new books, new bags, new pens, new pencils, new uniform or wardrobe. But this time is even more exciting! we get a new house :D

This time last year myself and three friends were in limbo land, we had no idea where we were going to live once uni began, we had all been rejected by halls of residence and lived to far away from uni to travel everyday like a lot of the locals did. But, thanks to the sheer brilliance of one girls father going househunting in his lunchbreaks, we were able to get student accommodation sorted the week before freshers! :)

This time round though, we were able to savour and enjoy the process and the result is a gorgeous 6 bed house close to uni and close to work (for me anyways!)
I've been in this house a couple of weeks now and already it feels like home... :)
This picture is most definitely my favourite one so far.

I absolutely love the way that the light has refracted through the lens of the camera and through the lens of the peephole. Sunshine! :D
