Encroachment

Clicked this outside my office today in my mobile camera. Rained pretty heavily today in the evening, making matters worst for people who left office late. Most of the roads in the city were clogged, and i heard it was a tough time with all the traffic jams.

Lucky that i started very late, took the last bus, and i could only smell the wet sand by that time. Everything was normal then.
