A few of the Few

Went to Whitehall to see the flypast to commemorate 70th anniversary of Battle of Britain. My compact wasn't up to snapping planes (they came past so fast some of crowd with foot long telephoto missed them all together!).
There was replica spitfire and a reception for a few of "the Few". It was Fascinating and moving to see them feted like film stars even though they must all be 90.
