My Champ

Haven't a wink of sleep after last night's shift. Unbelievably, I am fully awake! How bizarre!

After an almost 11-hour night shift, I took Sweetie Pie straight to her last Sub Junior Winter Netball competition and culminating ceremony. Her team earned the premiership in the B6 division, undefeated!

Took loads of photos of the girls in action, of parents cheering on the sidelines, of referees, some birds flying on an almost perfect sky, and the awarding ceremonies with the girls receiving their medals and trophies. After all that, this one ended up being the best of the lot.

My champ treats herself to chocolate coated vanilla ice cream after each game. After four months, thank goodness, my saturday mornings are happier now that they're free for sleeping in.....clap...clap... jump.... jump! :))

It's almost time to hit the war zone again. Will grab a sandwich along the way.
