We bought our first official piece(s) of furniture today!
A brand-new dining table! :)

I am really happy about this because:

1) We can now sit down at the table for meals instead of the couch.
2) I can use the table as a desk for my laptop & homework.
3) We spent the day at IKEA (one of my favorite stores).
4) Since the table was 'damaged' (a scratch on one chair),
we got it for a great low price!!
5) The table is big enough for four people,
but small enough to fit in the space we have.
6) The glass top adds a bit of elegance, and this table will pretty much look good with most decor styles. We are not intending to keep it forever, of course, but it's more than good enough for awhile!
7) The apartment feels a little more like home now.
