You can't buy a good climbing tree

We now have mostly old pines in our yard. They are gorgeous but totally unworthy if one is looking for a good tree to climb up (and is not a squirrel but a ten-year-old girl).

This nice tree belongs to our ex neighbor who was co-organizing a wonderful neighborhood party tonight.
