Banana muffins

A recipe from Nigella, was going to make banana bread but thought a change was needed.

Taken this morning, these regrettably were our contribution to the allotment open day, the regrettable part was that they tasted great.

It was a nice start to the day having the house smelling of baking, this also makes a nice opener for my journal.
