A Thousand Words

Chicago-Style

It is my last day in Suburbstown, IL. I decided that my last day deserves a Chicago-style hot dog. Persuaded Mom to go to Portillo's (which I've gone to multiple times this summer) with Johnny, who was suffering from a hangover. We got a seat that I could see this quote. It says:

"When I sell liquor, they call it bootlegging. When my patrons serve it on silver platter, they call it hospitality."

Looks like it was signed by Al Capone.
