Cicada II

C'mon...admit it...he's kind of cute...
Found this guy by accident when hosing off the deck by the pool. He came squirting out from under some plants, and being a bit wet couldn't fly away. I took advantage of the chance to get in close while he was drying off. Here, he's resting in my hand. As creepy as some might think they are, the cicada is cool to view up close. I got a shot of another one not too long ago.
Cicada - you can't hear summer without one. :)
