Took Rach to the lake after work tonight because it was warm all day. She graciously allowed me to take another life.turns.photo before she jumped in to, what is to me , the ice cold water! She swam (competition style) for 45 minutes, which, hopefully made up for the two fajitas and fried zucchini she ate for dinner! You go girl!
