Nachalat Binyamin, just next to Hacarmel market. every tuesday and friday there's hand made craft market. It is very difficult to have a place there as an artist and I remember it ever since i ditched classes in highschool some 20 years ago (WHAAAT??? so many years???)

I think this guy is part of this market for as long as i remember it... he hasnt changed much and neither his clocks. they are still so cute though!
