Thought for the Day

Busy day in the office today, time just whizzed by. This afternoon was spent mainly trying to organise things for the charity challenge we are doing in a couple of weeks time. Not sure how I ended up on that committee!!! I don't think I am given a choice. I work for an organisation which likes to support local businesses and give back to the community. For our challenge this year we are going to give the MS Therapy Centre in the city a complete makeover. Its a big challenge, basically two industrial units to be sorted over the weekend. It will be a big job but it will be worth it as MS is something all of us in the office are aware in a personal way and we can see the great benefits the centre can give to MS sufferers.

There is a lot to do, a lot of chasing and asking of favours but hopefully with some good support we will get there.

Managed to get out for a walk this evening, for the first time since Sunday. My first thought was that there was a definite chill in the air. Autumn is on its way for sure.

Not sure what was happening with the bee population of Balmullo but it seemed like every wildflower and thistle had a guest. Does the colder air slow them down or are they just making a last ditch attempt to get pollen. There are two bees in this shot - not sure if you can make the second one out - he was hiding round the back :)
