My Spare Part

I was messing around in the garden - this shot... of my leg, reminds me of a book series by Paul Magrs. The first one is called Never the Bride - I completely recommend it to everyone. It's about the bride of Frankenstein (Brenda) as she tries to settle down into a quiet life by the sea. She has spare parts locked in her attic. The best thing about Magrs is the way he makes the extraordinary seem very ordinary - I love the eccentricity of his writing.
